Stay up to date with the latest news and updates
We're excited to launch this new platform to keep everyone connected and informed. This website will serve as your go-to resource for all neighborhood news, upcoming events, important contacts, and community resources.
Check back regularly for updates, and please share this website with your neighbors. If you have any suggestions for content or features you'd like to see, please don't hesitate to contact the HOA board.
Mark your calendars! Our annual spring cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, March 15th from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We'll be beautifying our common areas, sprucing up the neighborhood entrance, and doing general maintenance around the community.
We need volunteers! Please bring gloves, rakes, and any gardening tools you can spare. The HOA will provide trash bags, refreshments, and lots of appreciation for your help. This is a great opportunity to meet your neighbors and take pride in our community.
Trash Pickup: Every Monday and Thursday
Recycling Pickup: Every Tuesday
Please have bins out by 7:00 AM
Please ensure all trash is properly bagged and recycling is clean and sorted. Bins should be placed at the curb the night before or early morning of pickup day. Please retrieve bins by end of day to keep our neighborhood looking neat.
As we head into the coldest months, please remember to protect your outdoor plumbing and bring in any sensitive plants. If you'll be traveling, consider having a neighbor check on your home during freezing temperatures.
In the event of snow or ice, the HOA will coordinate plowing of main roads within the community. Please park vehicles in driveways to allow plows full access to streets.
Annual HOA dues for 2026 are due by February 1st. Dues help maintain our common areas, fund community events, and cover essential services like landscaping and snow removal.
Payment can be made by check (mail to HOA address) or online through the payment portal. If you have questions about your dues or payment options, please contact the treasurer.
As 2025 comes to a close, the HOA board would like to thank everyone who participated in community events, volunteered their time, and helped make Royal Creek such a wonderful place to live.
We're looking forward to an even better 2026 with more events, improvements, and opportunities to strengthen our community bonds. Wishing all residents a happy and healthy new year!
